The institute is run under the able guidance of Dr. Indla Ramasubba Reddy. He did his D.P.M, M.D. at NIMHANS. He was the president of Indian Psychiatric Society and SAARC Psychiatric Federation. He is a well published author with many articles in indexed Psychiatric Journals and popular Magazines. He is the recepient of Eminent Faculty Award from NBE. He has received multiple state government awards.

Dr. Vishal Indla completed M.D Psychiatry in NIMHANS. He was the best out going student of his batch and is a gold medal recipient. He is the current president Indian Pschiatric Society AP Chapter. He is a well established author. He is passionate about teaching. He is an excellent orator and also gave a TED Talk.
